My Bio
I graduated from The French Culinary Institute. I went to culinary school to become a private chef, and that’s exactly what I did. Got my first job 2 months after culinary school and I just went up this culinary ladder, meeting so many high net worth individuals and meeting great mentors along the way. Moving to NC was a huge challenge as I had to restructure my business into a small catering company. My company, Simply Catered by chef Kelly takes on life’s celebratory milestone moments in someone’s life, as well as the somber ones. We also just love to cook for people who love quality food. I still do my small intimate dinner parties, so please reach out if you need any assistance with curating a top notch dinner for you and your guests.
